What is this simulator about

10 random prospects will tell you, that they already have a supplier. You should have been prepared to this: always assume that your prospect might be already working with a competitor. What you don't know yet is how they feel about their current provider. A lot of reps start criticizing their competitors and don’t give any valuable information about their service. Do you think you can tell bad sales replies from good ones?

In this part, you will learn to ask about potential weaknesses of your competitors and the way to emphasize the main benefits of your product. This module will help you focus on the potential value client could get from switching.
