Roger Delves is Director of the Ashridge Executive Masters in Management, a virtual programme with a worldwide student population. He leads an MBA module at Ashridge and is Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School, where in 2012 he was voted MBA Professor of the Year by students.

During Roger’s twelve-year advertising career he was Client Services Director for DMB&B Ireland (which before its acquisition by Publicis was one of Ireland’s leading advertising agencies), while also sitting on the company’s London board. He has also held a senior position at a management development consultancy, and acted as Programme Director, Cranfield University School of Management’s Centre for Customised Executive Development for more than a decade in total.

Roger is educated at St Catherine’s College, Oxford, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (FRSA).  His special interests are authentic leadership and the role of relationships in management. He is currently writing a book on general management for Pearson.
