In the simulator, you will find yourself in various situations where clients need your help. You will be offered different answers to the clients' problems and your task will be to choose the best option available. There are 5 types of tasks to train suggesting solutions to client's problem both in oral and written forms. You can try each section unlimited number of times to improve your communication and negotiation skills.
