What is this course about?

In this mini-course you will learn how to use internal audit to assess the effectiveness of an organization’s internal control. The lecturer will examine the main steps of this assessment: the choice of test methods for each of the five key elements of the COSO model (control environment, risk assessment, means of control, information and communication, monitoring), creation of a "road map", evaluation, etc. The author will also pay attention to the use of evaluation forms developed by the COSO, and will tell you how to draw a conclusion from the results of an internal audit.
