Arie Kravtchin has more than a decade of equity capital markets experience and is currently a Director in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career in equity capital markets at Deutsche Bank in London in 2000. Arie has participated in more than 40 successfully closed equity transactions. More than a half were IPO listings in London, New York, and Hong Kong.

In this course you will get an overview of equity capital markets and IPO deals. You will learn how to decide whether to go public, how to choose an investment bank that will prepare and execute the transaction and how to prepare your company for an IPO. Arie Kravtchin will explain what are the financial statements and other document you have to prepare for an IPO.
