What is this simulator about

As a sales development representative, you are responsible for having a keen sense of the market, being constantly aware of the shifting demands, competitor advantages, company performances, having excelling knowledge of your own company’s services, and many others.

Most of your communication with clients occurs by phone, and the first important step towards building relationships with clients is reaching out to them with cold calls.
