What is this course about?

This Eduson.tv mini-course will teach you what to do during the main stages of the dialogue with a customer (establishing contact, identifying needs, presenting a solution and closure). During the first meeting you can use the VAK method – visual, audible and kinesthetic observation. This method, as well as the “customer news” and “special customer” approach will help you to establish a contact. You will learn to analyze key words and implement a “product – problem solving – values” technique. By using the tools offered by the mini-course, you will be able to successfully conduct initial negotiations with new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones.
