What is this course about?
In this Eduson.tv mini-course, the lecturer will cover all stages of the work presentation, from collecting data on your future clients to your gestures during a speech. You will learn the AIDA model; Attention (attracting attention) Interest (arousing interest) Desire (the creation of the desire to buy your product or service) and Action (a call to action). You will also learn about the SPIN method (Situational, Problem, Implications and Need-Payoff Questions), and the chain “Understanding the features – advantage – benefit”. Richard Adams will introduce you to techniques such as “Conversion to the Future” and “Price Ranges” and will give practical advice about how to use them.
