Ms. Zagvozdina was part of EMEA equity research department at Morgan Stanley. Day-to-day duties as a lead consumer analyst included financial analysis (financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation), publishing of in-depth research reports on retail and consumer goods companies and regular marketing of her ideas to the largest investors in the US, UK, and continental Europe.
