What is this course about?
This basic corporate finance course for companies is focusing on key principles of corporate finance. You will learn how to use a standard financial data reporting for a risk analysis and investment decisions making. You will learn how to estimate cost of equity using CAPM risk framework; how to calculate an expected return based on the risk-free rate, the beta coefficient of the stock and Equity Risk Premium; how to calculate a free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) and to the equity (FCFE); how to calculate a discount rate by weighed average capital cost WACC. You will learn how to assess a return on investment by NPV, IRR, MIRR methods.
