Diane Altwies is the CEO of Core Performance Concepts and a world-renowned expert in Project Management. For over 20 years she has been consulting to major corporate clients in IT, Real Estate, Insurance, medical and financial sectors. Her clients include Citigroup, Deloitte Consulting, Option One Mortgage and Prescription Solutions.
Diane is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute; in 2013 she was awarded The Fellow Award for her contribution to the Institute.
What is this course about?
This project management training course is set up to develop your skills in effective project management. You will learn to deliver a project within time constraints in the established corporate structure, build a team for the life of a particular project and use your resources most efficiently, stay within the limits of a budget and meet deadlines.
